DESCRIPTION:9:00 am – 1:00 pmPatrick Howe graduated from the Pacific Northwest College of Art in 1974 with two fellowships and later served as Head Preparator at the Portland Art Museum. \nBefore becoming a full‑time artist\, he worked as an award‑winning freelance graphic designer for major clients including Microsoft\, Hewlett‑Packard\, Safeco\, Eddie Bauer\, REI\, and Boeing. He received multiple Oregon Arts Commission grants and taught workshops for Colorado Creative Industries. \nHis paintings have appeared in juried exhibitions at the Portland Art Museum and in a solo show at the Loveland Art Museum. He has exhibited in 50 galleries\, earned several regional art awards\, and his work is held in numerous corporate collections. From 2004 to 2014\, he operated the Patrick Howe Gallery in Seattle and continues to teach oil painting there today.
