Do you enjoy attending EAFA meetings? Do you enjoy hanging your art at the EAFA Gallery? These things can't happen without volunteers and we need some, now! The following positions need to be filled:
- General Meeting speaker assistant - This person helps our monthly speakers carry their presentation materials into the meeting room. You'd need to arrive at 9:15 each month and help carry for about 15 minutes. Then, stay until about 12:30 to help our speakers carry their things out to their car afterwards. - Venue Chair - explore and pursue for new EAFA display venues.
- Membership Chair - update the member database and interact with new members. Must attend general meetings and show receptions and mingle with members.
- Vice President - assist the EAFA President with EAFA board duties, general meetings, load in/take down days at the gallery, and gallery receptions. The Vice President will transition to the role of President in a subsequent year.
- Open Show co-chair - Planning starts in May. Plan, budget and execute the Open show, held in Nov/Dec. Public Relations - helps write and send copy to news and media sources.
